Question: Will I get a flatter stomach by May 30th by doing all this!?
I am going to a party and I want to get a flatter stomach because we'll be swimming!. I am not fat, but I just want to look extra good in a bathing suit!. This is what I do per day:
1!. For breakfast I have a slim fast shake and strawberries!.
2!. For lunch I have salad and a protein bar, sometimes lunch meat too!.
3!. For dinner, I have what I would normally have, but in smaller portions!.
*No snacks!. I drink water and tea too!.

Working out:
1!. Forty-minute Total Body Work Out video
2!. Sit ups
3!. This other ab thing, but idk what it's called, I think I made it up, but it works!.
4!. Jog
5!. Taking a walk

I started this daily routine about three days ago and I am going to continue this until May 30th!. Is this enough to get a little bit of a flatter tummy!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All that you are doing should help, especially the ab work should help get your there!. If your back is in good shape you can add the exercise that pulls the knees to the chest while still on you back while keeping your upper body flat!.

That's definitely good enough!. But be careful with the sit ups!. Don't move your neck, just your shoulders!. And what's more effective is putting your legs up on a bed, coffee table, couch, or something like that and doing sit ups like that!. It hurts a bit more, but you get results quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Watch to make sure that you're getting all the nutrients you need!. While it may sound like a decent diet to some, others may notice the lack of variety and proper nutrition!.

Snacks aren't the enemy!. In fact, going more than 4 hours without food can do just as much, if not more, towards causing weight gain!.

A 40-min workout isn't burning as many calories as you think!. After 20 minutes of strenuous activity, the body goes into "starvation mode"!. This means that it stops burning calories, and when you eat, you can actually gain weight!.

When you do exercises, make sure that you're doing them properly!. Even a sit up CAN be done wrong!. Doing exercises wrong can lead to injury and getting absolutely no benefit from them!. If you do sit ups wrong, about all you're doing is wasting time!.

If you're a teen, you're underestimating the importance of body fat!. Fat stores energy for the body to use for many things like healing and growing!. Having too little body fat can actually stunt growth, or can prohibit the body from being able to store nutrients!. More body fat will show up a little before a growth spurt, and it will disappear during the spurt!. Also, women need more body fat than men do, as it actually plays an important role in keeping our bodies healthy and strong during menstruation!.

There are many types of bathing suits!. Don't potentially harm your body just so you 'look good in a bikini'!. You can look just as good in another type of suit, such as a tankini, and possibly be more comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
