What shouldnt i eat??
so i heard when you eat past a certain time it all goes to fat. like one of them is if u eat past 7 it goes all to fat. and if u eat past 11 it all goes to fat. or if you eat past 9. is that true? and if it is whats the correct time? i really dont think it is because i mean.. couldnt it go to fat anytime during the day if u dont exercise??!

if you eat too close to when you go to sleep your body will just store it as fat because your not functioning like you are during the day so your body isnt burning off as many calories so dont even a few hours before bed time...
