losing 9lbs every 11 days is actually not very good. reason being is that your body can't lose any more than 2lbs of fat per week. so the rest of it will be muscle and water causing you to be dehydrated. as soon as you start to eat normally again the weight will pile back on. there's no quick and easy way to lose weight. it takes time. just find out your daily caloric needs and drop off 500 per day and you'll lose steadily and be able to keep it off.
