Weight Problems...?!


Question: Weight Problems!.!.!.!?
so, unlike most people with weigh problems!. i need to gain weight, i currently am underweight and really need to gain!
any tips, or tricks to gaining weight easily!.
other than smart remarks like "eat more"

One mistake people make when trying to gain weight is putting all this junk in their body!.

lol as soon as I saw the question I would have said go to mcdonalds, but if you want a more serious answer!.!.

It's not a matter of how much you eat!.!.
But what you eat!. Eat meat every day, I would suggest a sandwich stuffed with fatty products!.
Anything to give you calories, so coca cola gives alot!.!.
Just dont exercise AT ALL and the calories will make you fatter sooner after!.

Might wanna get fit after though you'll have some unwanted fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can put on some extra muscle:) Do some pushups, and stuff to gain muscle which helps you gain weight!. Or you could and more calories to you meals:) Still eat healthy, but maybe add something you wouldn't eat!.

or have a balanced diet!.
and sleep more (I know sleeping less gets people fatter, but its unhealthy)
