Question: How to get perfect beach body in 2 weeks!?
my class is going to the beach for promotion but i feel really fat but my friends think im skinny because their fat but most girls in my school are skinny so could you guys help me

That really isn't enough time, but here are some tips that will at least help you out!.

-Do crunches/sit ups every day
-Go for a quick run every day, and cool off with a walk!.
-Portion control, don't eat more than you know you should
-Eat healthy, NO soda, candy, chocolate etc!. If you have a sweet tooth, eat fruit!.
-When you actually go to the beach, don't wear a bathing suit that you know makes you look larger, just because you think it's cuter!. Go for the one that flatters you the most!.

Good luck, and do the excersises every day, because you don't have much time!. But don't overdo them and don't forget to stretch before and after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
