Question:

What can I take to get energy besides mini-thins, and won't show up on a drug test?

I need some energy and I'm too scared to take mini thins because of the ephedrine in them. Any ideas?

Bananas are a source of quick energy.
Chocolate or hard candies are a source of ( false ) quick energy ( I knew you'd like this one ! ) but, like in the parenthises, they are false energy because this type of energy doesn't last long.
Long distance runners' favorite , before a marathon, is SPAGHETTI because all the contained STARCH lasts a long time.
You might not like this one, but, starting a regular walking routine will give you prolonged energy. Walk around your block every other day or night. (Make sure you're in a safe area) When you feel physically comfortable with that distance, then, start to lengthen the walk.
When you're ready, walk every day.
