Can I get a good workout for my legs by just using free weights w/no bench or ma!


Question: Can I get a good workout for my legs by just using free weights w/no bench or machines!?if so how!?
I workout at home and exercise each body part using just free weights, but my legs i don't know how to hit all the leg muscles by just using free weights do you know how!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can do squats BUT!.!.!.understand they are really hard on your body!. You can blow out your back, knees, etc!. Take a straight lifting bar and start with no weights on it!. The bar itself usually weighs about 45lbs!. put it on your shoulders and squat!. Its important to have the right form and your shoulders should not come out to meet your knees!. Maybe look up or ask around about proper form!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take something heavy - like a chair, a bag with books - and sit down on one leg, another, on both!. then raise on your toes - back, raise again!.!.!. also you can jump putting your legs one in front of you - other behind, like making really huge steps, one meter long or so!. when you jump change your legs!. then start jumping with books or what you have there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
