Chocolate cravings?!
Question: Chocolate cravings!?
I crave chocolate ALL the time!!
Especially after I eat like a big meal or something that isnt sweet at all
I know its normal to crave foods, especially chocolate but is it normal to want it all the time and if I dont eat it I almost fill sick or anxious

Chocolate is addicting because when you eat it, it releases endorphines in your your body!. Most people are not effected by this, but to some, the addiction is serious!.
Give yourself permission to have a certain amount of chocolate each day!. Buy the small bite-sized bars and schedule the times you can have them!.
I myself have suffered from chocolate cravings for years, sometimes waking up at night and cannot get back to sleep until I eat a handful of semi sweet chocolate chips!.
I used to keep them in the freezer so that I couldn't eat them but when my daughter told me you can actually eat them from the freezer, that blew that out!.
It's just a tad better than being addicted to cigarettes or drugs!. But just a tad!
Like any habit, you have to devise a plan to kick it!.
