I'm tired of this..why is it hard for me?!


Question: I'm tired of this!.!.why is it hard for me!?
Most of my friends- and the people in my grade all have really toned and nice bodies!. I really feel like I'm the only un-hot person in my grade!. People say I have a really pretty face and stuff- and I like myself- I just want to get a flatter more toned stomach- and also thighs!. It would really be a help if you guys could tell me some excerises that are fast ( because I'm busy) and that can get rid of some of the junk on my body!. Plus!.!. I just want to feel healthier and more confident with what I wear and stuff

you need 15 min a day, I start with lifting small weights with my arms, first pushing up from the shoulders, then biceps and triceps(bend arms, triceps - bend your back down ad put arms behind you), then your back - bend your back, look down, and pull weights in your arms up(for your back), then lie on the floor, on your stomach, pull up upper part of your body, then lower, then roll on your back, do crunches, side crunches, lift your legs (for lower stomach) then your hips - you can just sit down on one leg, then the other, then pretend to sit down on a chair a bit behind you with your legs rather wide, don't sit down completely - lift yourself, then repeat!. and fianlly stnd on your toes - back on the floor and so on!. reapeat all exercises for 10 times!. you'll be fine in a week or so!. never stopWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you have to be committed!. Using the "I'm busy" excuse is a set up for failure!. We are all busy!. I am busy!. I am raising a family, going to college AND working!.!.!.!.on top of that, I volunteer my time to church!. I stilll make it a priority to excerise!. One thing you can do that costs NO money (except for a pair of running shoes) is to jog!. Start at least 3 times a week for 25-30 minutes!. Then increase to 4-5 days a week and have some of your runs be 45 minutes long!. Not all your runs though!. That will help shed any fat and then you can see the muscle that you want!. eat healthier overall, less carbs also if you can fit in some time, long but medium paced jogs are great fat burners but nothing replaces building muscle under the fat!. and also everyone is busy, you have to mke time i get up at 4 am to work out
