Question: THIS IS A SERIOUS QUESTION! heeeeeelllpp :(!?
i want to lose weight!. i am 12 and i am over 130 pounds!.!.
im not going to a doctor or anything!. and dont tell me that weight is normal, because its not!. plllleaaase what can i do to lose weight REALLY FAST and before summer!?!?
OH PLEASE!. i have been trying so hard, but nothing seems to work!. and i want people to be able to see the results!

ps - if your gonna say 'eat healthy' tell me how, tell me what same with if u say 'excersize' how and what and just please help me out im desperate :(((Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg im 12 too except im 115 pounds ok so calm down if ur under 5 feet 3 inches then ur overweight ok so do NOT diet i dieted and exercised when i was 11 for 2 months and counted my calories and then when i went back to my normal eating which is pretty healthy i gained weight cuz i stopped exercising but i kept eating healthy ok so u already know that u have to eat healthy and exercise like eat healthy ya know all that food with lots of sugar and all kinds of fat avoid them just stay away like candy,ice cream, chips,juice,popcorn,hot dogs,hamburgers,fries,cake eat fruits bananas,berries,apples,oranges mostly vegetables like brocoli,tomatoes,lettuce,cucumbers just make a salad ,drink nonfat milk, whole wheat stuff like whole wheat bread ,bran cereal ,and whole wheat pasta drink lots of water the doctor recommended amount is 8 cups a day
exercise at least 30 minutes a day like swim,bike, jog,run,do ab workouts, stretches,pilates,yoga anything like that would be awesome

i just got news from the docter that my 10 yr old daughter who is only 50 pounds is so serverly under weight for her age that she might have some major health issues or can even die! i was told that at age 10 she should be around 90-100 pounds so how do you think at only 2 yrs older you are over weight!?you are healthy,be happy! instead of trying to loose weight just maintane your weight and exercise to tone you muscles!.you can look up on line all kinds of exercises to tone which ever part of your body you are not healthy with!.good luck and please stay healthy!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, cut out ALL "bad" foods!. things like cookies, cake, soda, chips, french fries, mcdonalds, etc!. those are just pure fat and sugar and do nothing good for your body!

try to eat maybe two or three SMALL things at least five times a day!.

for example:

breakfast: yogurt & apple
mid morning snack: 15 carrots & banana
lunch: 1/2 sandwich
mid afternoon snack: granola, vegetable, fruit
dinner: vegetable, fruit, piece of WHOLE WHEAT bread

that will keep your metabolism up, and keep you energized!.

secondly, you need to exercise!.

try this:

run 20 minutes a day, and take one 30 minute (approx!.) walk!. do 50 situps, 50 pushups!.

Remember, DRINK LOTS OF WATER! AVOID EATING AFTER 8PM! STAY HEALTHY!

if you find yourself not wanting to eat, or feeling afraid of eating, STOP AND TELL AN ADULT! you may be developing an eating disorder!. i never ever thought i would develop one!. i just thought i didn't have the willpower!. but after over a year and a half of extremely strict dieting, i let myself head down that road!. its not worth it!.

You should see a doctor!. Maybe they can help you come up with a plan!. The best thing you can do is healthy eating and exercise!. More fruits and veggies, less red meat, little or no pasta, cut back on sugars and oily foods!. Dairy is okay in moderation!. Try to cut back on soda pop!. Drink plenty of water!. Try sipping a nice cup of green tea everyday!.!.!.!.or white or red tea if you want variety!. A good walk everyday to every other day is good!. Bicycling is also good and fun!. Instead of riding the bus to and from school, try walking(just make sure you have enough time to get there!. Nobody likes being late for school)!. Yoga, palates, and callanetics are also good!. Dont forget to stretch!. Something as little as a stretch can help!. And a vitamin would be lovely too (Liquid vitamins will dissolve better than the solid ones)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age, you are going to find weight loss really really hard!. Your body is getting ready to go through a growth spurt and it's normal for people to put on weight and then shoot up!. Trust me!. I put on 20 pounds when I was 12 and then shot up 14 inches so I looked WAY skinny!.
The best thing you can do is to check your labels and use the links below to plan your meals so that you maintain a healthy diet!.
After that, try to get involved in a extracurricular activity!. Try to get moving at least 30 minutes a day whether it's walking, jogging, running, or playing a sport!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How tall are you!? That can make a bit of difference too!. As far as losing weight fast, it doesn't happen!. You didn't put the weight on overnight, so it's not going to come off that way either!. Losing weight takes a lot of hard work!. You stating you're not going to a doctor about it makes me a bit concerned!. If your weight really was a problem, I'm sure the doctor would let you know!. He/she may even have some better ideas than you would get from here!. Talk to a parent about it, and they might be able to help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok!. You need to eat healthy and stick with it!. No sweets! Eat alot of Fruits and Veggies!. Also alot of water!. For exercises, sit-ups, crunchs, ddr if you have it, and my person favorite is while watching a tv show, stand on your tippy toes and balance until a commercial comes on and sit down during it or go get a drink and stand up again when it comes back on!.!. Also try and start playing a sport like in your town and maybe running or walking!. Also this won't be easy but keep up with it and don't give up!. If you cheat, don't give up, just bounce right back into it!. You should see a doctor, or at least a dietician!. NOT a nutritionist, because the title "nutritionist" doesn't mean anythiing!. A dietician is an offical person who has met certain criteria and has a special license!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat fruits and vegetables, baked foods, don't eat anything fried!. Try walking, jogging, and biking, swimming is really good too!. Sometimes you just need to cut down what you are eating into smaller portions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vegetables
Fruit

Start reading lables on your food!. You'd be suprised what some things contain as far as fat and calories!. Also, any type of cardio activity such as running, biking, swimming, and so on will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
