Answers:
Your ideal weight would be 130 lbs so 127 lbs is excellent!. You should never consume less than 1,200 calories per day and at your young age 1,800 calories a day would probably be much better!. Young people have a much faster metabolism than old people and burn up calories much faster!.

If you are worried about regaining your lost 20 lbs keep a close eye on your weight and check it once or twice a day at home like every morning and/or every night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard that something in diet drinks will stimulate the appetite!. Instead of soda etc drink plenty of water!. Have a big glass before you eat!.

900 calories a day isn't very much!. I don't count calories, I eat till I'm full and I'm skinny!. It is not how much you eat, but what you eat that counts!.

If you
1) don't eat anything fake like additives etc
2) don't eat bread,
3) don't eat anything made from corn
4) don't eat sweets like candy and doughnuts
5) don't eat anything that has high-fructose corn syrup in it

You will lose weight and be full!. You have to fill up on fruit, vegetables like squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes, salads made with all kinds of veges, yogurt, cheese, chicken etc!. you get the idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For one thing, you are not consuming enough calories, especially considering you are a growing teenager!. The least is 1200!. When you go under that, your body goes into starvation mode!. So i would suggest upping your calories by at least 300 a day!. Try to fill up on things with fiber, like whole grain breads and fruits and veggies!. Remember to eat plenty of lean protein too!. Plus it is completely normal for a teenager to be hungry, because you are still growing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not intaking enough calories! your body is in starvation mode and telling you to eat all you can so that it can store up some fat!.
Regulate what you eat to about 1500-1800 calories with healthy foods like veggies, fruits, proteins and you'll start feeling better soon!.
Sadly you will gain a little bit of weight back because your body has to complete reset itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hun, 900 calories a day is probably not the best thing for you!. i think the weight you are at right now is very ideal, and you can increase your calories as long as you still work out!. make sure you eat things like vegetables so at least the calories you eat are worth it!. A burger tastes great, and at 13 I'd say go ahead and eat them while you still can! Everything in moderation though!. Drink plenty of water, it can help fill you up too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

junk food never really fulls you up
sadly!.!.
so you put the calories on but you feel like you could eat more
say if you ate 6 carrots instead of that hamburger you'd be pretty full and properly gain a lesser amount of caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's because you are going so long with only a little food so you won't be as full when you eat because you proabley didn't eat much at your last meal if you only eat 900 calories!.

I'm the same way!.!.!. sometimes I give advice I don't even follow, it's sad!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating fruits and veggies!. They give you more energy to last through the day!. They are always healthy and do not have the calories that most food have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u r a growing gurl you must eat more than 900 calories talk to your dr to see how many calories normal for the activities u do in order to maintain healthy weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
