It is not creatine, it is more of a protein supplement!. It does contain 11g of fat, if you are looking to take a protein supplement there are better ones out there!. I would buy a powder and mix it myself, EAS Premium Protein is a good Whey protein supplement with much less fat (2!.5) and 27g of protein!. Mix it with water, skim milk or a smoothie and it will taste great!.
