When i run i get cramps easily how to get rid of them?? does this mean i am out !
Question: When i run i get cramps easily how to get rid of them!?!? does this mean i am out of shape!?
Answers:
You get cramps because of lactic acid pooling in your muscles, this is due to anaerobic respiration (no oxygen), warming up helps the blood carrying oxygen get to the muscles better!. Also if you're heart is stronger the movement of blood is more efficient and the transfer of oxygen to the working muscles isalso more efficient!.
You're either out of shape or need to warm up more efficiently before exercise!. Try running shorter distances and build up, marathon runner couldnt run 20 miles on their first try, but if it's due to bad warming up, remember to stretch the main muscles before going out and have and start gently just to get the blood circulating!. Also try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth - easier on lungs, nose hairs filter the air and also steadies your breathing which helps keep lactic acid away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, just out of practice!.
one thing that can help is deep breathing, and not talking when you run
try squeezing the cramp if it is on your waist and find a rythm to breath to rather than just heaving in the air
good luck
and keep on running
