Question: How can I lose 20-30 pounds in 2 weeks!?
I am 5 feet 1 inch and I weigh 100 pounds!.(I need to look good in my bathing suit!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, I can't see you but I know you are over reacting!. If you really weigh 100lbs then you don't need to lose weight!.
I have struggled with eating disorders all my life and in my opinion you have a delusional body image!.
That being said, if you want to feel better about how you look then exercise is your best bet!. It will improve tone and give you a great bikini body!.
Nothing that is worth doing happens overnight!. Be patient!. Be grateful you are not fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

losing that much weight in that short of a time is physically impossible and also very unhealthy to even attempt!.
You can lose 20-30 pounds over a longer period of time using proper training!. Dont bother with excessive cardio and stick to strength and interval training for the fastest results!. Perform full body exercises 3-4 times per week for 30 minutes!.

Liposuction is about the only way I can think of, and you'd have to find a doctor willing to do it -- most probably won't!. Be reasonable and weigh what you weigh!.
Edit: If it's a matter of getting into a bathing suit, they make suits that are designed to cover "flaws"!. Try a tankini with a skirt bottom!. You don't have a weight problem, but rather a body image distortion problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

impossibe! That would be 105,000 calories!. you should only lose a couple pounds a week at most 2-3!. read my last post!.
