Question: What are so good foods with negative calories!?
hey i need some good foods that give you negative calories (like none but you loose them when you chew) i need to loose weight so help meee!!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, there's no such thing!. People used to say you burned more calories chewing celery than you got eating it but that was disproved!.

Losing weight is very doable, especially once your motivation kicks in!. I believe that motivation comes later, about two weeks into a diet!. I think that if you can make yourself be "good" for two weeks, then you'll see a big enough change that you'll be motivated to keep going!.

Try a two week "drastic" diet!. There are several on the website below!. Check out the "Diets" tab!. My favorite is the new 5-4-3-2-1 diet plan!. It's easy to follow and ensures that you eat SMALL amounts of food at one time!. You'll need to eat three small meals and two small snacks just to keep your metabolism working!. When you cut back on your food intake, you need to make sure that the food you DO eat is nutritious! Get lean protein at every meal, along with veggies, whole-grains, fruit, and low-fat dairy--but--just a little of each!. If you're not sure how to "eat healthy", read that section of the website too AND read the "motivation" section!. That info!. will really help you reach your goal!

Drink plenty of water to keep you full and to flush out your system!. Don't drink soda-even diet!. (Read the "Artificial Sweetener" section to see what I mean!.)

Do some sort of activity 60 minutes a day, preferably in 2-30 minute sessions or 3-20 minute sessions!. It doesn't matter so much what you do!. Anything will burn more calories than sitting!. Walk, ride your bike, play a sport, swim, etc!.

If you follow 5-4-3-2-1 for two weeks with NO CHEATING then depending on your size, you could lose up to 10 pounds in that amount of time!. Once that happens, you'll be excited about dieting and can switch to a different plan!.

It also helps to keep a journal!. Write down everything you eat and drink!. Write down your exercise and how you feel each day--your thoughts and ideas!. This will really help keep you motivated!

Don't weigh more than once a week!. You'll be disappointed otherwise because our bodies fluctuate too much on a daily basis!. Use a tape measure to measure yourself and do it again in a month!. Try on a tight pair of jeans and try them on again in two weeks! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
