Actually I'm also working on lossing my weight now but it doesn't really seems to work!.!.!. I think if you want to lose some weight, you'll need determination!.!.!.
You can probably try cutting down your diet, not a lot at a go, your stomach wouldn't stand it!.!.!. Probably a little a day!.!.!. And exercise!.!.!. And cut down on those food that will make you fat!.!.!. I don't think starve yourself it's a good idea!.!.!. Besides it's bad for your health!.!.!.
Or if you want to lose weight real fast!.!.!. Just go to the slimming centre!.!.!. =!.=Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots of water, have one of those K2O things instead of a snack between meals if you're hungry, AEROBIC exercise, NO SODA OR BEER!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
