Question: I NEED to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeeks how do i do that!?
i swim an hour a day

i eat salads for luch

salad for dinner

hard boiled eqq and sour cream for breakfast

i also have PE so i have 1 hour of extra workout a day even tho i dont relly do anything in PE

Well first off, you need to be counting calories because a salad can be 50 calories or 1000 calories depending on size and what you put on it!. You can only loose 10 pounds of water weight in 2 weeks so if you go back you will gain the weight back in 2 days!. It also depends on how much you weight, your height and your age!. I'm assuming you are in high school because you are in PE!. There is hardly anything you can do other than restricting your carbs to like 25 carbs per day to force your body into ketosis!. I would re-evaluate your reasoning for wanting to loose 10 pounds in such a short amount of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
