Dieting??? 10 pounds in 2 weeks?!


Question: Dieting!?!?!? 10 pounds in 2 weeks!?
i need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks
will i lose i doing this:
i swim an hour a day

i eat salads for luch

salad for dinner

hard boiled eqq and sour cream for breakfast

i also have PE so i have 1 hour of extra workout a day even tho i dont relly do anything in PE

what can i do to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on how much you weigh!.

Drinking 8 glasses (8oz!.) water every day (or more) is KEY!.

Also!.!.!.!.yes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.2 salads/day!.!.!.!.excellent (go light on the amount of dressing--or none)

Eat raw veggies often as snacks (just a few here and there!.!.!. not platefuls)

Hard boiled egg!.!.!.great for the protein, but sour cream!? I would maybe ditch that, although a tiny amount won't hurt!. It's basically a fat and dairy!. It would be better to have that egg with a small cup of fat free or 2 % milk

exercise an hour a day--good tooWww@Answer-Health@Com

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.
