Hi!.
It depends a little on how you feel!. How many times per week do you workout!? Is your sleep OK!? If not you might be overtrained!.
http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Overtrainin!.!.!.
Also, since you are very active (assuming you are not overdoing yourself) you may very well need to eat more!. You should consider using supplements!. Being this active places heavy demand on your body and you are going to need more in terms of vitamins and minerals!. Think about this!. If this is the case the problem will slowly creep up on you!. I am not saying this is the case but keep it in mind!.
You also appear to be on the thin side but that could be just fine!. If you are really concerned you should have a blood test done, your doc can tell you what to test for and I would also recommend checking your cortisol level!.
Best of luck to you and take care!Www@Answer-Health@Com

From the running and swimming each day you burn around 1000 calories and maybe even more!. If you're trying to maintain you might want to decrease the amount you eat by just a little because 3000 calories a day is a little too much, try eating about 500-1000 calories less and you should be golden!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, my personal trainer use to eat 5000 calories a day!. Just make sure you are eating enough protein, fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid junk food, processed foods and sodas!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
