Basic crunch!. Lay flat on your back knees bent, feet flat on the floor!. Works more the top part!. Can lay your knees to one side to crunch the sides!.
Reverse: Same position, lift your knees up enough so your pelvis tilts, return them so the tips of your feet can touch the floor!. Any movement past that (extending your legs out) works the hip flexors instead of the lower abs!.
