Question: How to get rid of water weight!?
my lower legs feel like they have extra water in them!. i was thinking of a way to get rid of them!. any suggestions or tips that helped u or someone u know!? its my calves and ankle portion that feel that way!. thanks in advance :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of exercise!. Stop eating salt!. And drink lots of water (seriously, this will help eliminate wastes and excess water)!.

There's some prescription or pills you can take to actually reduce the amount of water weight your body holds!. Other than that, deep tissue massage works really well!. If you've got someone to assist, have them start at the base of the swelling, put a good amount of pressure with the thumb and forefinger and push down with as much tension as you can stand!. I would actually push it up into the legs, start with your ankles but the pushing motion is important to move the fluid!. After a few good times of this, take a short walk, move your ankles and drink plenty of water!.
