What is a good exersice that a 280 pound girl can do to lose some weight?
I am a pretty big sized girl. I am 280 pounds and 5'11''. I am on a gd diet that seems to be working very well. But I want more. I need am ecersie program. I don;t want people to answer saying just start running. I want a step by step day by day excersie program. But keep in mind that I am a big girl so I can not run a mile easily or do push ups effectivly. But I do want to do more than just eat well. Excersice is the key. Welkl at least thats what everyone tells me. So if you have a excersice program for me, please let me know. Thanks.

Start by simply walking. Begin with a few minutes a day and add 5 or 10 minutes each week. Then start walking faster till you are jogging for a few seconds. Keep adding more minutes. Then work your way up to running. You can also ride a bike. Good luck with your weight loss and exercise.
