10 pounds in 2 weeks?!


Question: 10 pounds in 2 weeks!?
i need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks
will i lose i doing this:
i swim an hour a day

i eat salads for luch [1spoon of fat free dressinq]

salad for dinner[1 spoon of fat free dressing]

hard boiled eqq and sour cream [light and 2 spoons] for breakfast

i also have PE so i have 1 hour of extra workout a day even tho i dont relly do anything in PE

what can i do to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks

im 5'1 and 135 lbs!.
i dont care if its healthy or not =]
im in 7th going to 8th grade
i want to be 115 before june 6th =]

please help me =]
i sometimes "cheat" by eating thouse 100 calories coockie packs =[[[[[Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you only eat salads and eggs for 2 weeks with 2 hours of exercise a day you should definitely lose more than 10 pounds!. with a lot of exercise you want to make sure you are getting enough carbs for energy and protein, so make sure you eat at least a little meat too, or a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and grains!. if you stick to that it should be pretty easy to lose the 10 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't torture yourself!. Salad, you get really tired of it!. Don't JUST have a salad!. Have some veggies, or some fruits on the side!. Drink ROOM TEMPATURE water!. It really helps weight!. What I do is take 2 laps around my neighborhood, and swim laps, non-stop, for an hour!. You need to do things in PE!. The hard boiled egg is ok, but not every day!. And of course, you can have 1 cheat day, with the calorie packs!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you wanted to be 115 you would need to lose 20 lbs!.!.and just fast for 2 weeks no food!.Just water and if you get to the point where your sooo hungry have a class of milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omgg!.!.!. im 5'2 129lbs!. 7th going to 8th and im in the same situation well i workk out w/my friends to make things more fun also watch w/ the portions of the food ure eating !.!. i thinke your at a pretty good start\Www@Answer-Health@Com
