Vegetarian Diets. Please Help.?!


Question: Vegetarian Diets!. Please Help!.!?
Can you guys possibly tell me a diet I can go on to lose a little bit of weight!?

I'm a vegetarian, and I don't eat fish!.

What can I eat to lose weight in a quick and healthy way so I won't gain it back!.

And yes, I will be be exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im veggie and have lost alot of weight by becoming healthy,

I swapped foods like milk for semi skimmed, bread for wholemeal bread, low fat cheese and yoghurt!. and i only drink water!

I have 3 meals aday and snack inbetween and dont have more then 1200 cals (no less then 1000!)

Things like scrambled egg on wholemeal toast is very good for you!.
I eat veggie burger with salad, jacket potatoes, low cal mac cheese, low cal pasta!.

There are plenty of options, you can search google for veggie low calories recipies, there are hundreds!

i will just give you a suggestion but you decide at the end of the day!.!.!.but please dont bank on the word fast because you musnt lose beyond 3 lbs of fat per week to stay healthy and the least you can exercise is walk around your neighbourhood 60mins daily

breakfast- 35g oatmeal + raisins+chopped raw cashewnuts and 1 glass lowfat chocolate milk

snack 1 : frozen pineapple cubes

lunch : 2 tblspn cooked brown rice + steamed carrot dices and celery chunks garnished with ground black pepper + 2 chunks of grilled tofu with chillie pepper paste + 1 glass ice green tea(flavored with a little lime or grapefruit juice)!.!.

snack 2 : frozen guava cubes

evening : 1 glass tea + 2 eggless crackers

dinner : 1/2 pita bread filled with small chunks of starfruit mixed with lowfat yoghurt and powdered almonds(search at your grocery at the section where baking items and ingredients are) + 1 glass of warm lowfat milkWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat 3 servings of fruits & veggies
Make sure your getting dairy products, I would start by having cereal/ oatmeal in the morning so that you get your calcium and fibre
Also make sure your getting healthy carbohydrates such as whole grain pasta, spaghetti etc
Make sure you eat a lot of beans and nuts, so that you get iron and zinc that you won't get from meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
