Runners diet?!


Question: Runners diet!?
Here's the situation:
I run every day approximately 2 miles and walk for like 10 minutes after my run!. When I'm done i do a short 15 minute workout for my abs!.
Anyways my goal is a hardly visible but noticeable six pack!.
Well anyways
my problem is I don't have much knowledge about diets and althought I do eat healthy, I'm curious as to how many meals a day I should have considering my physical activity level!.
