I work at wal-mart so I get 8 hours of exercise from speed walking!. Usually I do about 100 sit ups, ride bike for 30 minutes a day, helps a lot! you gotta make a work-out that works for you, pillates works well but make sure u do some sort of cardioWww@Answer-Health@Com

I run 1-2 miles, 30 leg lifts, 30 squats, 30 squats for inner legs, lift dumbells 30 times, do that bicycle thing with your legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A half hour of running on the treadmill and the other half use the weight machines!. I try to go at least 3 times a week before work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
