Question: Personal Trainers Help PLEASE!!! What can i do!?!?!?!?
Okay so i weight about 135lbs!. and i've been trying to lose about 10lbs!. now for three months!. I have always been an athlete since i could crawl and i acually excercise 5 days a week!. I do an hour of cardio (i've always loved the ellyptical and i also love to run) and then three times a week i lift weights!.!.!. i also teach an hour long yoga class three times a week!.!.!. but i can't seem to lose weight AT ALL!!! I actually though it would be easy to lose weight since i do love to excercise!.!.!. but i just can't seem to!.!.!. i need help what more should i do!!!!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

obviously your workout is really great and that's not the problem!. try addressing your diet because all that great workout stuff is nothing without eating healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
i think you have lots of muscles since u train a lot,,so its not easy losing weight when u lift weights 3 times a week
it depends on ur body fat percentage as well,if its low then u cant really lose a lot of weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
