follow what McZomb said up there, and stay motivated throughout the year to do it as well!.

You should come up with a routine to get into!.
If you like bike riding you can make it your new working out plan, or if you like running, run, if you like swimming, swim!. Stay motivated!

Drink lots of water (1gal) Avoid all fatty foods, like chips, burgers, fast food, hot dogs, and stick to lean meats, chicken, fish!. Once you get into your daily routine of doing this, you can look into supplements to aid your fat loss, but thats then!.

You should also consider GAINING muscle during this whole deal by going to the gym and working muscle groups so you arent left with any muscle by the end of the next year

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) Avoid lattes and sodas!. The sugar and salt in rich coffee drinks and carbonated drinks will add weight around your waist!. They also will bloat you!. As a result, as soon as you stop drinking them, you'll notice an instance drop in your weight, especially in the belly area!.

Alternate fluids: Drink water or unsweetened tea!. Both will quench your thirst and if you add a little lemon make-up for all of those high calorie drinks you're missing out on!.

2) Don't eat beef!. Since beef takes longer to digest than other meats, you need to avoid eating it while working on your midriff!. Also, it tends to be a food that we like to add fatty gravies and salt to!. As a result, eliminating it from your diet for a week will speed up your weight loss!.

Alternate proteins: Eat chicken and fish!. Your system can handle these sources of proteins easier!. Just be sure to cook them without a breaded coating or oil!. Both will add extra, unwanted calories to your food!.

3) Practice good posture!. It probably sounds funny, but if you sit up straight and walk tall, your stomach muscles will be tighter than if you slouch!. Why!? The muscles in your abdomen won't be pushed out in an unflattering position, but in one that promotes them to maximum fitness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
