I am a young bodybuilder.?!


Question: I am a young bodybuilder!.!?
Guys, I need a chart of ready made or common foods which are of high proteins and low fat!. I eat too much abt 700 gms a meal!. So, I need to control my fat level coz' I am building body!. I got 4 packs but I relaxed for a month as my exams were creeping in and I lost 2 of them, damn!!! I am a freak over bodybuilding!.!.!.plz give me a nice chart with good answers!. Plz dont send me trash!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Eggs(whites have as much protein as yolks)
Avocado and banana are high in potassium which aid the absorption of protein so work well with a protein food
If you do have a protein food don't drink milk in the same meal (a good source of protein in it's own right) as this inhibits the absorption from food (esp meat) but choose a fruit juice(esp orange) as this aid absorption

Just remember that you need to be carefull reducing your protein too much when you are getting cut for a competition, do it too much ,too radically or too often and you can thin your skin too much for life making ti as easy to tear as tissue paper!.
