When I stay focused on my goal of losing weight, I don't have a problem getting to the gym!. Music can be a really good motivator!. When I listen to music geared toward weight loss, then I'm constantly reminded of my weight loss goal!. I really like listening to SkinnySongs!. Hello friend
Motivation is required in any exercise program and you have to generate it!.!.Try doing work outs together with a buddy!.!.
Otherwise half an hour of yoga practice daily can do wonders to your will power and health!. Or initially you can start with pranayama (yoga breathing) for two weeks and if you feel better continue!.!.!.
Still you do not have time try rhythmic breathing, it is easy ,effective and it works!. You can do rhythmic breathing while in office, while working on computer, waiting at airport, sitting in a park!. You can plan a numboer of 5 minute sessions in a day!.!.
Hope this helps!.

i just started using this idea, right now im in a a size 12/13 in pants and since i want to go down in weight in size slowly i have a size 11 pants that are hung in the back of my bedroom door-this reminds me that whenever i go out that 1) i have to watch what i eat and 2) just do some form of exercise! once i do go down to a size 11 i'll replace those pants in the back of my door with a 9 or a 10! good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just think about how great your body/muscles will look after you work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
