The best way would be to ask yourself why you want to lose weight!. Is there someone you want to look like!? ( i don't recommend that, but some people have some idea of how they want to look like when they lose weight) Split your long term goals into short term goals!. That way it will be easier for you to reach them, one at the time, which will lead you to the main goal you have set for yourself!. I know it's hard sometimes when you get home and do not want to leave to go to the gym or so!.!. Just be strong, it's all in your mind!. Remind yourself that you are doing it for you and to be happy with yourself!. Trust me when you get to where you want to be, you will be beyond happy and satisfied with yourself and all the hard work you put into it!. Losing weight and getting fit, will benefit you in the long run, as you won't be proned to get ill or catch some sort of disease of some kind!. Make it a habit and a lifestyle, and by no time it will feel natural to go to the gym or to workout and eat healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
