Work out/diet help?!


Question: Work out/diet help!?
ok so i think i got addicted to working out!. weird huh!? well i work out 7 days a week and i stopped losing weight!. i guess my body got used to it!. they say you should rest 1-2 days a week but im afraid if i don't work out like every day im gonna gain the weight back!. so my question is, if i change the intensity(im a runner btw) of my run, like one day i go 4 miles an hour and the next i do 5!.5 miles and hour, do you think that will help!? also when counting calories do you include drinks!. i only drink vitamin water but to cut down on calories should i cange to just regular water!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.You should rest kid!. Your body does adapt to exercise!. Is there a professional you could talk to like at a gym!. Even if you joined for a month----you would get great advice from pros!.

Make sure you are eating three meals a day! Water and vitamin water are both fine!. (just one vitamin water per day)!.

Yoga and Pilate's-----even a dance class might shake things up a bit!.

The fact that you are afraid you will gain weight if you stop exercising might be indicative of an eating disorder!. You might want to talk to someone about this!.

Life is supposed to be enjoyed-----try not to be preoccupied with your weight!. A few pounds does not matter either way!. Enjoy your youthful body, Enjoy your life!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, calories from drinks count!.

If you are only running, that might be why you stopped losing weight (long story)!.

Try adding "resistance" to your program!. Sprint intervals count as resistance!.
