Smoking a Few?!


Question: Smoking a Few!?
hi, im 18, i do cardio 4 times a week and some weight training, i eat VERY healthy (low fat, no sugar, no refined flours, etc), i take 1000mg of vitamin c everyday!.
the thing is: i really enjoy smoking a cig first thing in the morning a few times a week!. i smoke about 10 cigs a month!.
what do you think about this!? is it that bad!? do you smoke every once in while!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't care what those dummies in front of me say, smoking just a few cigarettes doesn't get you addicted!. Sure, you get your random urges, but the same can be said with chocolate, pickles, ice cream, cake, etc!. If you live healthy, you can afford to be unhealthy every now and then!. ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is bad and before you even realize it is happening, your 2 or 3 cigarettes a week will become 2 or 3 a day, and so forth untill you can't go with out smoking!.

Consider it!.

I have seen it happen with friends that were only smoking one a week, and now 5 years later are a min of 8-10 a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you really shouldn't smoke in the first place!.!.!.!.!.that 10 cigs will turn into 20 then 30 and so on!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you can become addicted and its really not healthy!.!.!.I'm not saying you have to stop (you still can), but just giving you my opinionWww@Answer-Health@Com

just dont start smoking more and youll be fine
