Help for fast weight loss?
My brother is getting married in May and I need to lose 25 pounds till then. I know it`s not that much but I’m so busy with my 11 month-old baby-boy that I can`t find time to work out. My diet is healthy but I must get rid of the extra pounds from my pregnancy. What is a BMI indicator? Any diet ideas? Thank you for answering.

The BMI, or Body Mass Index, shows you whether you`re overweight or not. You can find a BMI calculator at www.projectweightloss.com. If you eat healthy I suggest you try to reduce portion sizes, drink a lot of water, and avoid snacks. Even though you don`t have time to work out, you’re still moderately active if you do basic housekeeping chores, meaning you do burn some extra calories. I suggest you start counting your calories.
