yes and they do work!.
they problem is when your done you have to start easing your way back into eating calories!.
i ate 200 calories a day for about a week and lost about 3-5 pounds!.
then i eased my way back into a normal diet by eating 500 calories for five days and 700 for the next five days and slowly keep pushing up the calories till i reach 1200!. and as i eat more calories i exercise more!.
by doing it like that you dont gain back the weight you lost =)
