i am a small 13 year old only 4' 11'' and 105 lb!. is there any way to increase my bench weight and i have also jumped from 80 max to 95 max in one week which i think is pretty impressive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can bench your own weight despite your height, then you are considered strong for your size!. Do 5 sets of 5, 3 times!. The first 5 sets use 75, second five use 80, third five use 85!. Going up 15 pounds in one week is normal for people barely beginning to lift you should go up about 20 more pounds within this next month and then your gains will decrease!. The stronger you get, the harder it is to become stronger!. Last year this time I benched 85 pounds weighing 130 pounds 5'6'', now Im benching 200 pounds weighing 150 pounds 5'7''!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is good!. Last year, when i was 15, i only benched 95 lbs!. Now, one year later, i bench 170lbs one time!.

Just keep at, gain a little more weight, and then you will really see a HUGE difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
