If I keep eating the same way..?!

Question: If I keep eating the same way!.!.!?
I eat pretty healthy I guess, I'm not really strict about my eating habits or anything, u know i'll have a candy bar and a cookie, candy, etc!.!. I still have fruits n vegetable n stuff!.!. I drink lotsa water!.!. fast food every once in a while!.!. Not much at all!. I probably eat like 1500-1800 calories a day!. I never really worried about it, but now I'm getting older ( I'm 15 ) so my weight might start to catch up with me!. So my question is If I keep eating like this, will I gain weight, or just stay at the same weight I am now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
what you have described is actually a pretty good diet!.!.!.but it depends how often you are eating the cookies/candy bar and what ever!.!. but it seems like you are good about it and dont like go all out on it!. so i wouldn't worry about it too much!.
just remember as you grow your body changes!.!.!. just take into consideration how much you are growing!.!.!. and well just look at yourself if you feel like you are putting on weight or start feeling uncomfortable with what you are looking like, maybe just look at what you are eating and see where you are going wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, as you grow you will gain weight, but your shape will most likely stay the same!. As you get taller etc!. your weight will go up, but this is totally normal!. It sounds like you have a pretty good diet, I wouldn't stress unless you do start changing shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll stay at the weight you are!. Most people need at least 1500 to 1800 to remain at their weight!. Look up BMR on the internet and find out how many calories you need just to survive each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you'll just stay the sameWww@Answer-Health@Com
