Question: If i ate this!.!. and exercised like this!.!.!.how much weight would i lose!? 16yo girl!?
if i ate some grapes for breakfast and then maybe some more fruit and a corn cracker and exercised 12hrs dance a week and 3 jogs and 2 walks how much weight would i lose in:
*2 weeeks
*1 month
*2 months!?

This diet is too much, but make sure your drinking at least 2L of water a day (i think thats half a gallon im from brisbane so i dunno ha)
You can only estimate depending on your body type it may be better or worse at getting more energy from food!. but based on 70cal for breakfast (as 100g of grapes lets say) 1 corn cracker with nothing else is 10cal and fruit is usually a good tomato 11cal or apple 65cal or orange 108cal are you eating dinner!?

that would be roughly 100cal to 190cal a day since you are having less than half of your energy needs your metabolism will be slightly slowed (but this does not outweigh the calories you loose) with a slowed metabolism your body would require about 1400cal (hard to tell but some where around that)

1400-190 = 1210 x7
~8400
thats about 1kilo of fat(=9000cal) from diet a week

and from dance joging and walking
dance is 300ish per hour (depending on how intense)
jogging is 700cal per hour (depending on how hard you run)
and walking is 200-300 per hour (again depending)

so if your doing
dancing - 12hours x 300 = 3600 cal
joging 3 x 30 mins = 1050cal
walking 2 x 30 mins = 300cal
thats another 4900 cals from exercise
which is about !.5kg

so 1!.5kg a week
3 a fortnight
6 a month
and 12 by 2 months!.

Your body will stop you from loosing this much weight!. this diet is incredibly unhealthy and i would definitely not recommend especially since a bmi of 19!.3 is good i bet you look nice, people with eating disorders cannot see what they actually look like, you have probably just had a shitty run with boyfriends school and family over the years!.

(plus when calculating things you more need your height,age,fat percentage and weight rather than you bmi, BMI is a really **** measurement)

you sound really sad, plus if your constantly messing with your diet your body becomes better at conserving calories!.

Nobody could answer that question truthfully!. It depends a lot on outside as well is inside factors like heredity!. It sounds like you are depriving yourself!.!.!.that is so unhealthy!!! Eat a balanced diet with fat, carbs, and protein!. A diet low in carbs and high in protein is ideal!. Also, water is your friend and exercise is your partner to losing weight!. first of all that is not enough to eat!. your BMI says that you are in the healthy average weight range!. if you want to lose weight you need to do it the right way otherwise you will just put it all back on + more!. personally- i think you should eat 6 small meals a day to speed up your metabolism- healthy foods!. the exercise is heaps- but you need to fuel your body to be able to keep up with such exercise, otherwise you are gonig to do harm to yourself, not to mention you will feel exhausted if you dont look after your body!. i hope this helps xoWww@Answer-Health@Com
