How can I increase my metabolism?!


Question: How can I increase my metabolism!?

Boring, uninspired but true ---- Just as our mother's told us- Proper nutrition (avoid empty calories, complex carbohydrates, additives, chemicals, sugar, white flour and nonsoluble fats), get lots of exercise (cross train and be consistent with frequency, do something different daily though, you have to "surprise" your body and don't get in a rut), get good sleep (regular and deep, the kind that is restorative), drink 6-8 glasses of water regularly throughout the day!. Eat lots of high fiber food!. Stoke the fire by eating small quantities of nutritious foods all throughout the day!. Take a supplement as insurance!. Avoid alcohol, late nights, stress, etc!.!.!.!. --- but you still need to enjoy life, so be moderate but remember happiness increases metabolism too !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. You definitely will want to have an increase in your cardio work out!.

2!. If you would like to lose weight (or tone up), you will need to do focus on muscle confusion (the opposite of muscle memory)!. So don't do the same work out and over and over but mixed it up so your muscles don't get used to it!.

3!. Avoid blood levels spikes by never having "big meals", but have a series of small meals throughout the day!.

Tips on how you can increase your metabolism:

*Strength train/Weight train
-The more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism will be

*Eat every 3-4 hours a day
-That will increase your metabolism (but don't eat too many)!. A fruit or a veggie will do!.

*Eat spicy foods
