I was wondering if whole wheat bread makes you fat if you eat 6 slice per day or more!? I heard white bread makes you fat but what about whole wheat bread!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, first of all anything can make you fat if you eat it in excess!. Six slices per day is a bit much, but it wont hurt you since it's mostly good carbs!.
If you're eating 6 slices a day then you might want to slow down on that, but it also depends on what else you eat and how much exercise you get!.

Yes it will make you fat, very fat!. Its still pure carbohydrate, its natural, but whole grain can make you fat if you eat too much of it!. If you eat too much of anything, you will gain weight obviously, bread especially!. Wheat is no exception!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything you eat in excess will add calories to you!. It's all about porportion!. If you eat six small meals a day and be active in between them, you can eat just about anything and still lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
