Question: Can whole wheat bread make you fat if you eat in excess!?
I was wondering if whole wheat bread makes you fat if you eat 6 slice per day or more!? I heard white bread makes you fat but what about whole wheat bread!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, first of all anything can make you fat if you eat it in excess!. Six slices per day is a bit much, but it wont hurt you since it's mostly good carbs!.

If you're eating 6 slices a day then you might want to slow down on that, but it also depends on what else you eat and how much exercise you get!.

Carbs are kind of like calories, except carbohydrates burn a lot quicker than calories do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
