Well!.!.!.why are you trying to lose the weight!? If your mind isn't into it, chances are that your body won't be either!. Don't think you have to lose anything unless YOU want to, either, or unless it's for a health issue; aesthetics never last that long, and then you've got to wonder who you're doing it for; you, or the people around you!?

How long do you jog!? How many times a day/week!? How far!? What's the diet!? There's so many things nowadays that aren't healthy!. Why are you so tired!? You might not be eating enough to sustain yourself normally; females should never fall below 1200 calories a day!.

Try doing other things besides jogging, that won't tire you out so quickly!. You also need to find exercises that concentrate on the areas you want to lose weight in!.

It all depends on your body type, the foods you eat and the amount you eat!. Id need to know more information about you to really help, but here are some basic advises!.!.!.

Eat 5-6 small portioned meals a day that are full of protein, veggies and fruit!.!.!.yogurt, chicken, tuna, turkey, etc

Drink plenty of water

and try other exercises besides jogging, maybe your body is getting used to the routine

It is good thing that you want to lose weight!. Here is the method already tested by me!. It works wonders if done seriously!. The details are given below!.
