Question:

Any cheap ideas to lose 20lbs?

I'm not rich nor can afford a trainer, I have wrk out dvds but my prblem is finding a healthy inexpensive effective diet plan that works. I'm a regular chica that shops at cosco & albertsons, any ideas on how i can lose 20lbs b4 summer is over and keep it off. I am addicted to soda and bread. Please help!

I hear this all the time from alot of girls.

They'll talk about how they want to lose weight & then stuff their face with sweets and sugary snacks

Bread is ok in moderation, don't get the cheap white bread though. There's a bread with whole wheat in it called 7 grain bread - get that but don't over do it.

Sodas make you retain water, they're packed with sodium (which is bad for your blood pressure), & loaded with sugar.
Drink one now and then, but get in the habit of drinking more water or grean teas with meals.

You don't need DVD's to tell you how to lose weight. Just follow a good diet plan & be active.

Nutrition: plenty of green veggies & fresh fruits, eat stuff like cheerios or oatmeal for breakfast, when you eat meat - make sure it's lean meat (baked or grilled), stay away from fried foods completely, drink plenty of water (8 glasses daily) & compliment your diet with a multi-vitamin.

Excersize: walk, run, aerobics, dancing, cardio-machines (such as the Tony Little Gazelle works great), light weight training - anything that keeps your heart rate up, sweating & moving.

Not only will you lose weight, you'll feel good & have more energy. You'll sleep better, lower your cholesterol & blood pressure as well.
