What really counts as exercize?!


Question: What really counts as exercize!?
I can't really exercize much currently because of asthma,but I wanted to know, what REALLY counts as exercize for the body!. Does even walking around count, or do you have to really move it, and exert urself to the point of sweating and tiring yourself out!?

well im guessing the excersize you mean is somthing to keep your body fit!. theirs two types of excersize there is aerobic excersize which is mainly running, swimming, boxing ect!. and there is anaerobic excersize which is mainly weight training and sprinting, mainly things that don't require as much intense breathing!.

walking is considered aerobic ^^!. here are some good things to know if you want walking to be your main form of excersize
