go for a walk everyday for about 20 mins, listen to your mp3 player or ipod on the way so you dont get bored easily and wanna come back home.
try not to eat so many meats and fattening foods.
and when your bored do not go to the fridge or cupboard.
go for a walk or dance to the radio.
keep yourself amused :)
im 15 and i weigh 60kg im ashamed of that.
all my friends dnt think im fat but i do.
