Question: Im 15yo boy and i weigh 100ish kg + i have stretch marks + love handles!.!.!.!?
how can i get rid of it w/o expensive gym memberships or expensive equipment!.!.!.
+ any tips on ways of sticking to diet regimes 'cos i can never stick to them :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk every day, try to work up to walking farther!. Do the chores at your house, especially lifting heavy things for your parents!. That will develop your waist and shoulders!. The stretch marks will fade in a couple of years because you're young and your skin is very resilient, you can use vitamin C on them, but don't really need to worry!. At 15 you probably haven't had your growth spurt yet, that will probably happen in the next year!. Then you will suddenly get tall and grow into your skin!

Don't try to diet, try to fill yourself with healthy protein, fruits and vegetables!. Just tell yourself you can't have any junk food until you've eaten 3 green vegetables 2 yellow vegetables, 3 cups of milk, meat (or beans if you're vegetarian) and 3 servings of whole grain like oatmeal or whole wheat bread!. (Or whatever they are saying the requirement is)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
