Can i do sit ups ,squats(thighs) and ab workouts on the same day ?!

Can i do sit ups ,squats(thighs) and ab workouts on the same day ?

i go to the park early morning ... go for dance classes in the vening ? ... is it okay or am i streching too hard ?


Answers:

Do you FEEL like you're stretching too hard? If you don't, then it's fine. Just rehydrate yourself with WATER, and get a good amount of sleep. If you're that worried, though, just work out every other day so your body can recuperate.
