Yes, I have been using it for over a month now and I love it!. I was nervous about taking it because I have read on the computer that people said it didn't work, but they were wrong!. It took only a couple days to really start working!. I workout every day and count calories!. But I take it twice a day and I am barely ever hungry!. well,my sister is 20,she weighed 148 when she starte taking it 2 months ago,now she weighs 133,but shes going walking and jogging too,but not everyday!.
