Is it bad to eat a ton of cereal at night?!


Question: Is it bad to eat a ton of cereal at night!?
that is what I do, I eat dinner at about 6 then eat alot of cereal at 7:30 to 8:00!.

it's bad if you want to maintain or lose weight because it's gueling your body with carbohydrates, which are what your body needs at the beginning of the day to give you energy!. if you eat it at night, you don't burn as much off and a lot of it gets stored as fat or sugars/starches which can mess with your blood sugarWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is bad!.

Cereal is meant to be eaten as a breakfast food!. Because of that it is very high in carbs!. If you're eating it close to bed time you wont have a chance to use the carbs you are loading yourself with!.

It is best to make the last 1 or 2 meals you eat before bed protein rich and low carb!. Ideally the last thing you'd have would be a protein shake or something!. They can be quite delicious!. Another option is nuts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's only bad if you are eating the cereal within about 3 hours before you go to bed because it will sit in your stomach and you won't be burning the calories if you are sleeping!. As long as you are burning the calories I don't see why it would be harmful to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, bad!. cereal is a carb!. never eat a carb without a protein with it!. plus, cereal is processed crap!. the best thing to eat before bed is low-fat cottage cheese, as its a slow-digesting protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not bad for health at all!. If you want to lose weight, it may not be the best way to do that, but its not horrible!. 8:00 isn't late at all though, so don't even worry about it! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends if it is good for u or not, i remember reading somewhere that it was good for athletes to eat cereal every night before they go to bed and i do that and im just fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
