Question: Just want to lose 5 pounds and need help!!!!?
I am pretty active, I go to the gym about 4 to 5 times a week and do at least 1 hour of cardio!. I try to eat well and eat better then most of the people my age!. I am in good shape and at a good weight for my height (5'6'' 142lbs) but I would like to be in the best shape and lose 5 lbs, I am having trouble doing this as I don't have 20 or 30 lbs to lose!. drink lots more water, no fastfood at all, nothing with sugar in it (unless it natural from fruit)!. Small meals through out the day, and a few cup of green tea! Thats what I do and I have lost weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
