After I exercise I am painfully hungry. Help?!

Question: After I exercise I am painfully hungry!. Help!?
Whenever I exercise or do cardio (especially cardio) I am super hungry for a long time after! Today we went hiking in the mountains (not a lot like most hikers, but enough to feel pain) and after we had subway!. I ordered a footlong, and ate it all!. But I was still really hungry, so I had a small bowl of cereal!. Now 1!.5 hours later I am STILL reallllllly hungry!. Like, I could eat the whole kitchen!. I know that sometimes when people are dehydrated they get hunger pains, but this is not the case for me being that I am drinking water constantly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
high intensity exersive increases your matebolic rate, i!.e!. the amout of energy your body uses an hour, so this would explain your increased hunger expecailly if you eat i low calorie diet!. Keeping energy levels is important because if your doing physical exersize and you body doesnt have the energy to support it, it will break down muscle to find that energy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
